Germany Job Seeker Visa — search for full-time work in Germany

For young graduates who want to travel to Germany on a Job Seeker Visa and independently search for full-time employment. This is separate from and in addition to the program fee.

Memorandum of Understanding (MOU)

  • Complete scope of services provided

The terms of the signed MOU take precedence over this information in case of any discrepancy.

Important Notes

  • The Opportunity Card is a Job Seeker Visa, valid for 6 months. It allows the candidate to travel to Germany to search for full-time employment but does not itself guarantee a job offer, a work contract, or an extension of stay.
  • Securing a full-time job offer within the visa validity is the candidate's own responsibility; we provide guidance and support throughout the search.
  • Part-time work facilitated during the stay (minimum €2,000/month) is intended to support living expenses during the job search and is not a substitute for full-time employment.
  • Final visa approval rests solely with the German authorities; timelines cannot be guaranteed.
  • Salary and job-offer terms for any full-time or part-time role are confirmed at the actual offer and may vary by employer, role and location.
  • Read the MOU carefully before signing.
